Opera introduces WebAI standard to run AI models locally in the browser, no cloud or API keys

Opera introduced WebAI, a new web standard for running AI models directly in the browser without cloud dependence:
- Model-agnostic, built for a wide range of open-weight models (e.g. Google's Gemma), plus Apple's on-device foundation model on Macs
- Early preview in Opera One; Opera GX and the agentic Opera Neon to follow
- Opt-in feature; key pitch is local inference with no API keys
