Dallas-based Disruptive announced the $10 billion Disruptive Flagship Fund, one of a small number of private tech funds of this size. It plans to back roughly 10 exceptional growth- and late-stage companies, investing up to $1 billion per company. The firm argues AI advances, massive compute buildout, and a new defense/national-security investment era are creating companies of unprecedented scale, founded by Alex Davis in 2012.
