Indian preventive healthcare startup Cent (centaihealth) has raised $15 million in Series A funding co-led by SPC and Blume Ventures. Founded in 2025, the company targets the problem that heart disease, cancer, and metabolic conditions in India are often caught only at late stages. By combining proprietary hardware, AI imaging, diagnostics, and bioinformatics, Cent aims to detect diseases years before symptoms appear. It has already completed 10,000 scans across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR, with a target of 10 million scans.
