Kanzo: a 4.3 MB self-hosted kanban board you share with your coding agents via MCP
allmudi · reddit · 2026-10-27
Kanzo is a tiny self-hosted kanban board with a built-in MCP server, shipped as a single Rust binary (5k lines, 4.3 MB with embedded SQLite, 4 MB RAM idle, 3 ms startup). Tell Claude Code or Codex to "take the next task from kanzo" and the agent moves cards and comments as it works, using only 800 tokens of tools. No accounts, no Docker, optional git-based sync, runs on a Raspberry Pi. Built with Claude Code under strict minimalism rules, AGPL open source.
