Turn any USB-only printer into an AirPrint printer with a cheap ESP32-S3
ngxson · x · 2026-10-27
Developer ngxson built a cheap ESP32-S3-based device that converts any USB-only printer into an AirPrint-capable wireless printer — no Raspberry Pi required. The finished hardware has a 3D-printed case and a small screen showing printer status and ink levels, plus a web UI for printing, scanning, and file management; iOS/macOS use AirPrint and Android uses the default print service.
