Alchemy adds effect/Workflow support across Durable Objects, Workflows and Lambda Durable Functions

Alchemy now supports effect/Workflow, implementing Effect's WorkflowEngine on top of Cloudflare Durable Objects, Cloudflare Workflows and AWS Lambda Durable Functions, with more platforms coming. A sample onboarding workflow writes an R2 profile, sleeps 7 days durably, then downgrades the user, with the engine injectable as a layer.
