Open-source 'be-ambitious' skill rewrites your prompt into an expert-level task
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-10-26
Danny Macdonald open-sourced a Claude Code agent skill called be-ambitious, adapted from a prompt shared by Anthropic's Felix Rieseberg. Given a task, it answers four questions first — what a top professional would do, what raw material they'd start from, which specific methods/tools they'd use, and what would verify the result — then rewrites your prompt accordingly and pauses for review.
Install by copying be-ambitious/ into your agent's skills directory (/.claude/skills/ for Claude Code). Usage: /be-ambitious <task>.
