Fully vibecoded Horizon Chase Turbo mod: 127 tracks, zero hand-written code
SitePowerful1880 · reddit · 2026-10-25
A Reddit user built an unofficial Horizon Chase Turbo mod entirely with Claude Code without writing any code, describing what they wanted in plain language. A BepInEx plugin patches the game at runtime via Harmony; 127 tracks are generated by Python scripts from OpenStreetMap streets and SRTM terrain; every change was tested by launching the game unattended and checking screenshots. The mod includes code, tracks, models, textures, sounds, voices and music, featuring a jet ski race through flooded Santiago and real Chilean roads from Arica to Antarctica. MIT-licensed on GitHub, bug reports and PRs welcome.
