C-Sweet: open-source business simulator runs a company on local 27B models
Demonicated · reddit · 2026-10-23
A developer open-sourced C-Sweet, a self-hostable, bring-your-own-model "business simulator" where a team of role-defined agents handles every facet of running a company. The thesis: instead of waiting for one mega-model, small models with narrow, well-defined roles can do the same work—Qwen3 27B running locally has handled every corporate role tried so far.
Security is a design pillar, built by people working in AI governance at Fortune 500 firms: every agent is sandboxed with no outside access, policy can block phoning home or agent-to-agent chatter, a man-in-the-middle agent can broker communication, and a kill switch shuts down suspicious agents instantly.
Roadmap: web-based workflows, hosting providers, media platforms like YouTube, plus vertical agents for realtors, landmen, and legal entity formation.
