Modal open-sources Spindle, a Tinker-compatible training server that charges GPU time instead of tokens

Modal released Spindle, an open-source, Tinker-compatible training server that runs inside your own Modal workspace.
- Motivation: teams scaling up post-training with Tinker keep hitting two problems—per-token pricing gets expensive fast, and they're limited to the models and features the provider supports
- Existing Tinker scripts run unchanged; since you own the server, you pay for GPU time instead of tokens
