Orgtree v4.4 ships Projects: load balancers and semaphores for multi-agent orchestration
DynaBeast · reddit · 2026-10-23
Orgtree, an open-source desktop visual orchestration system for multi-agent, multi-provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Muse, OpenRouter), multi-account agent collaboration, releases v4.4 with Projects — new canvas nodes that act as the structural backbone of agent hierarchies, each with a team-charter-style summary and its own scratch directory and AGENTS.md so shared context survives agent churn. Projects ship with concurrency primitives: a Mailbox Queue that distributes mail round-robin among listener agents like a load balancer (or becomes a FIFO queue in ACK mode), and Concurrency Slots that work like semaphores to guard concurrent access.
