Dev builds an agent org chart in Copilot where each specialist keeps its own second brain
PaulShellDev · x · 2026-10-22
Developer PaulShellDev built an org chart of agents inside GitHub Copilot, where each specialist agent maintains its own "second brain" of learnings.
In one prototype session that got stuck, an agent consulted the org chart, spun up a new nested collaboration session, and solved the problem on its own — to "not bother Paul." He is now turning the setup into a reusable skill, a hands-on example of multi-agent memory and self-orchestration.
