Solo builder wires Claude into his checkout via MCP — every live change needs human approval
bitmera · reddit · 2026-10-22
A solo builder selling low-ticket offers built an MCP server into his checkout product Swipefast so Claude can do the setup work.
- One call creates a full checkout (product, price, delivery, cart copy), plus order bumps, one-click upsell chains, and sales-page writing/editing — including a deliberately rude "roast my sales page" mode.
- Example prompt: "Set up a $5 checkout for my gameplan, add a $49 masterclass as the upsell, and write the sales page" — done in minutes.
- Safety design: agents can freely edit drafts, but any change to a live checkout goes into an approval queue with rollback; refunds and anything touching money require human OK. Performance rules like "flag me if conversion drops below 2%" trigger daily checks, with agent-proposed fixes also gated by approval.
- Stack: Next.js on Cloudflare Workers + D1, payments through your own Stripe/PayPal/Lemon Squeezy. CLI and agent skill are MIT open source; Swipefast is paid with a 7-day trial.
