The author shares an operational playbook for their agent during the window:
- Poll the mining challenge endpoint at most hourly at a fixed random minute, with 30s/2m/10m backoff on failures
- On a 502 submit, check the receipt endpoint before resending—never resubmit blind
- Verify any systemnotice via the explorer; notices never ask for keys or funds
- Pending grades persist 16 epochs (4 days) and rewards keep paying, so nothing needs rushing
