Prime Intellect hires applied researchers to build continually learning scientific AI
willcb · x · 2026-10-22
Prime Intellect is hiring applied researchers for its scientific AI team. Founder willcb explains the team is both client-facing and fundamental-research: training SOTA models for specialized customer domains while productizing the workflow, alongside open-ended research on self-improvement and long-horizon memory with data no other lab sees.
Continual learning is the team's north star; the most deployable form today is converting agent "exhaust" (production interaction data) into training signal, studying how models that self-improve in production behave in the messy real world.
