Open-source ComfyUI film studio: four director agents auto-generate movies with frame retouching

A Reddit user open-sourced H3STUDIOFILM, a ComfyUI-based AI film creation and retouching workflow. Given one prompt (e.g. "aliens invade the world") plus format, style and duration, it runs a four-layer pipeline: a content director breaks the film into acts and scenes (with live visual references via Krea), a stage director refines scenes, a plan director handles shots, and a clip director generates clips, then assembles the final cut.
Every step is editable manually or in natural language. Retouch mode supports deleting/replacing characters, removing or adding elements, changing camera angle or decor, area inpainting and precise retakes. The author warns of bugs and tricky cross-config reproduction, advising users to follow the README and enlist an AI agent to adapt it.
