Giansalvo Cirrincione (Université de Picardie) released Volume I of 'Mathematical Theory of the Transformer' — an 825-page rigorous monograph on Zenodo, being prepared for MIT Press. It covers positional encodings, layer normalization, rank dynamics and attention geometry, and introduces original results like the Rank-Neutrality Theorem, MDS-Hellinger positional encodings, PG-OP and the MHB-G architecture, culminating in the Incremental Transformer (INCRT). Volume II on generation and self-organizing architectures is in preparation.
