RFD4-Proteina's 'underrated' docs detail partial diffusion for protein redesign
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-10-23
The documentation for the RFD4-Proteina protein design model is called underrated. Its partial diffusion guide shows how to set partialtrajectoryfractionsteps (e.g. 0.3 runs the last 30% of the trajectory to stay close to input; 0.8 allows larger redesign), plus an advanced mode controlling backbone and sequence change rates separately via partialtbackbone/partialtlatent. A practical reference for binder design and inverse folding work.
