Slipstream: open-source iRacing overlays flag wheel lockups from local telemetry
JeremyCMorgan · x · 2026-10-20
Anton Holovko's open-source Slipstream project provides free, customizable local telemetry overlays for iRacing: it detects and flags likely wheel lockups using RPM and road speed (brake line turns yellow), shows wheelspin warnings, shift lights that fill with RPM, and more.
Other features: standings and relative boards (multiclass), dashboards and inputs, lap timing with delta, fuel calculator, auto-learned track maps. MIT licensed, Windows download available. Commenters note its lockup calls are worth cross-checking against brake traces.
