Dev shares multi-agent orchestration recipe: 2-3 lead agents with many focused subagents
MoonL88537 · x · 2026-10-17
Developer MoonL88537 describes their production multi-agent setup, recently used to optimize 3D pipelines and previously for music generation.
Their orchestration lessons: use only 2-3 lead agents, no more; many subagents are fine but each must be tightly task-scoped, not scattershot; image inputs proved very powerful. The thread grew out of a proposal to give agents a "Fluoddity lab" to perturb systems and derive physical laws from noisy observations.
