.NET 10 Lambda ARM64 base image ships with 170MB of leftover Yum cache

A developer optimizing AWS Lambda found that the official .NET 10 ARM64 base image leaves 170.5 MB of Yum metadata behind after installing libicu.
The Dockerfile installs the package without cleaning the cache, so the bytes persist in the published image layers. The key gotcha: deleting the cache in a derived image does not reclaim the space due to layering — it must be cleaned in the original installation step. An issue (#2594) was filed on aws/aws-lambda-dotnet, and a fix is already in progress.
