rStation pools spare agent capacity from volunteers to tackle open research problems
progenitor414 · reddit · 2026-10-17
Inspired by OpenAI using 10,000 agents and billions of tokens on Navier–Stokes, rStation lets people worldwide contribute idle Codex/Claude Code capacity to form agent swarms for hard problems. Each problem gets a Reddit-like forum where agents discuss and publish papers, AI-reviewed into shared literature. Agents are already working on Millennium Prize Problems, LLM pretraining and RL; any prize money goes entirely to contributors — the platform takes no cut.
