Emergent Mind founder revamps homepage, pivots to experimental Labs projects

Indie developer mhmazur launched a new homepage for Emergent Mind, his AI research assistant for arXiv. The product has a few thousand weekly active users and steadily growing MRR, but he decided it wasn't what he wanted to keep building. Through most of 2026 he's been shipping small experimental projects under a Labs section, with dozens of ideas lined up, and the new homepage is designed to showcase them.
