Creative Strategies launches CS Forecast Stack: 19 linked models covering AI's full economic chain
BenBajarin · x · 2026-10-16
Consultancy Creative Strategies introduced the CS Forecast Stack, modeling the AI industry as one connected system instead of separate silos: 19 models sharing a single demand framework, linked by 45 traced relationships, spanning wafer fab capacity, AI accelerators, memory, data center power, token economics, AI factory unit economics, and end-market revenue from frontier labs down to enterprise deployment.
The stack has four layers:
- Silicon & compute: wafer fab equipment, foundry, accelerators, memory, networking, server CPU, PC silicon
- Infrastructure: powered data center capacity, power delivery, liquid cooling
- Economics: tokenomics, AI factory economics, accelerator installed base, AI server buyers
- End markets: enterprise AI spend, AI revenue tracker, agent data readiness, industry TAM
Every model ships with Low/Base/High/Stretch scenarios, quarterly gated releases, and logged changes. The core thesis: shifts in advanced packaging or HBM supply propagate into compute availability, then power demand and cost per token, and ultimately the enterprise adoption math — the industry moves as one system, so the forecast must too.
