Speaking at Bloomberg's New Economy Forum in New Delhi, Kai-Fu Lee argued that "AI transformation must begin from the top," with CEOs personally driving the effort. His company 01.AI has built a product line around this thesis, including Boss AI for executive decision-making, Investor AI for M&A and ROI analysis, TopSales AI for B2B sales teams, plus strategy consulting and FDE co-creation services for enterprise AI transformation.
