Treat every agent turn as a git checkpoint — no docs needed
Dimillian · x · 2026-10-14
Dimillian shares his coding-agent workflow: everything goes to main, with almost every agent turn committed as a checkpoint, making it trivially easy to navigate back a few turns. He barely maintains separate docs — the git history is the current progress — enforced by just a rule in agents.md. He also notes commit messages could be generated by a lighter model like luna to save tokens.
