He's seeking a business-side partner to own the client relationship: sales, onboarding, and retention, while he handles all tech. Several partners already run this model (partner owns clients, he's the backend). Revenue share and white-label branding are negotiable; ideal candidates are agencies, IT/telecom resellers, or consultants with an existing B2B network.
