Tech blogger charges 30k yuan per sponsored post, insists on writing flaws
gefei55 · x · 2026-10-14
A Chinese tech blogger laid out his sponsorship policy: he rejects negative-narrative advertorials ("layoffs", "hard times" pieces), only takes brand deals that come directly, refuses ghostwritten copy, tests the product himself, and requires the freedom to mention flaws. His rate is 30,000 yuan per post, take it or leave it. His reasoning: recommending a product means endorsing it to followers on his own credibility, so he prices high and accepts few deals, since he doesn't depend on sponsorships.
