MuscleMemory: open-source MCP server gives coding agents memory learned only from passing tests

A developer released MuscleMemory, an open-source (Apache-2.0) MCP server giving coding agents procedural memory: a task's how-to is only stored as a skill if tests passed after the last code change.
Five tools: recall (return one proven note for the task, or nothing), observe, learn (turn a verified session into a candidate skill), evaluate (later sessions re-check skills), inspect (full steps + evidence).
Trust model: a skill is only served after two later independent sessions pass with it plus human approval; one failed check pulls it; failures become short "watch out" notes; recall makes no model calls.
Runs locally (SQLite + on-device embeddings), connects via HTTP/stdio or hooks with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. A small test showed Claude Code reusing skills learned by Codex used 43.5% fewer input tokens (measures cost, not success rate).
