Entrepreneur Prajwal Tomar is building his next business entirely solo with 7 AI agents working in parallel — no video editors, motion artists, or copywriters. The app, sales video, launch emails, and internal systems are all produced by agents, and he runs most of it from his phone via Cursor while his Mac at home executes the agents.
His workflow: he leaves feedback on a sales video around midnight and a new cut is ready in about two hours, mostly while he sleeps. He notes a year ago this would have taken months and a full team, and argues the barrier to building has never been lower.
