Cloud agent runtime plus Tailscale: the "local hands" setup devs prefer

A developer shared his preferred agent setup: run Codex, Claude, pi and bb inside a cloud VM as the core agent runtime, then use Brev/Tailscale to let the cloud agent access local files and functionality. Dubbed "local hands," the pattern combines cloud compute with local access, and is also coming to cowork.
