Datalab shipped a rebuilt chart-understanding pipeline for its Convert document parser: incorrect-value outputs down 93%, unsupported hallucinated figures down 56%, accuracy up 28%, and chart processing 3x faster (p50 9.1s vs 34.3s) at an unchanged $3 per 1,000 pages. Page text outside charts is now never altered.
