Jira shifts from planned to captured work with real-time AI session tracking

Atlassian's David Hoang announced a directional update to Jira: a shift "from work planned to work captured." Unlinked work sessions are now visible in real time inside Jira, and users can drag a session onto a ticket to add or link it. The feature was unveiled at Atlassian Team '26 Europe.
