Jira shifts from planned work to captured work with real-time AI session tracking

Announced at Atlassian Team '26 Europe, Jira marks a shift from planned work to captured work: uncaptured sessions — including AI coding sessions not tied to a ticket — can now be viewed in real time, and simply dragging a session over adds or links it to a ticket.
