VibeBuddy is a $59 desk gadget that watches your coding agents and speaks up when they need you
juntao · x · 2026-10-08
SecondState launched VibeBuddy, a physical desk companion for coding agents: a small screen shows status from Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Actions, spoken alerts fire when agents need input, finish, or fail, and a physical button (K2) jumps you back into your latest agent session. In the demo, the author starts a task, then catches up on Slack, email, and package tracking until Buddy says "All done."
Pre-orders are open: $59 early bird (then $69), ending Oct 14 11:59 PM PT, shipping Oct 14 with free worldwide shipping. Requires an Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 14+.
