GitHub HydraFusion adds local model routing as Microsoft ships MAI Code 1.1 at 3-bit, 256K

GitHub's HydraFusion routing layer now supports local models, sending requests to on-device open models where appropriate.
Microsoft also released MAI Code 1.1 for local execution, running at 3-bit quantization with a 256K context window, and HydraFusion can route suitable tasks to it automatically—balancing cost and privacy.
