Models Will Be Interchangeable; Continuity Is the Real Moat for AI Systems

The winning AI system won't be the highest-scoring model, argues the author, but the one that can swap its model without losing state: route reasoning, vision, and verification to different models, while goals, evidence, identity, permissions, and unfinished work survive every handoff. Models become interchangeable; continuity becomes the moat.
