AI Scout: free tool tracks every researcher leaving OpenAI and joining Anthropic

A new free tool called AI Scout (DINQ) tracks AI talent movements in real time — who just left OpenAI, who quietly joined Anthropic, and who quit a lab to start a company — aimed at VCs, recruiters, and headhunters; registration is all that's needed. Qian Xianbao shared it noting OpenAI and Anthropic seem to be winning the talent war.
