Company AI brains are built by developers — who use them the least

A pattern surfaced in Slite's build-vs-buy webinar: company "brains" (internal knowledge AI) are mostly built by developers, yet developers use them the least.
Key points:
- At Slite most questions come from support, CX, sales and customer success; at Gorgias, engineering is the team that uses their in-house brain Cortex the least.
- Reason: engineers already have a source of truth in the code, while business teams' process knowledge lives scattered in heads, Slack threads, stale wikis and call notes — making the business side the strongest need.
