ELLIS PhD Program opens 2026 applications, deadline October 31

The ELLIS PhD Program is now accepting applications for its 2026 call, with an October 31, 2026 deadline and enrollment in 2027. Students get joint supervision from an ELLIS Fellow/Scholar and a researcher in another European country, complete at least 6 months of exchange, and can pursue joint supervision via the ELLIS/CIFAR partnership or apply jointly to the Max Planck AI Network (MP-AIX). The program pairs top students with leading academic and industrial ML researchers across Europe, plus summer schools and workshops.
