Skill Manager: a free tool to toggle coding-agent skills on/off to save context

Coding agents load every skill's description whether needed or not, wasting context and risking conflicting skills. Skill Manager lets you toggle skills individually, group them manually or via AI auto-grouping, and switch them with two clicks from the menu bar.
It also scans your skills for potential issues and can run AI review on complex ones. Free to download and works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and more.
