moeamaya's team unveiled the new Operate, a collaborative AI tool for frontier sales teams. After spending 18 months building a high-craft traditional CRM, they concluded that in an agentic world, the sales tool of record had to be rethought from the ground up.
Core Design
- Long-running durable agents: one per deal, one watching the pipeline, specialized to your business, product, and competitive market
- Human-agent collaboration: "single-player Claude isn't working" — agents, people, and tools work together
- AI-native connectors: a bespoke MCP gateway for common sales tools like Outreach, Gong/Granola, and CRMs, plus support for one-off team tools
- Memory as a first-class concern: structured data stays in the CRM/warehouse, but sales context flows freely
- Traceability: ops can observe agent behavior to address data hygiene
Positioning
Aimed at growing sales teams of 3–50 reps, offering trusted forecasts for leaders and less admin toil for reps, including pipeline mapping, routing to agents/deterministic paths, and real workflow tracking.
