Capy launches persistent 'Captains' agents that talk to each other without humans

Justin Sun shared that Capy has built persistent agents called Captains. The team used to manually forward agent messages through Slack; now Captains negotiate with each other in the background using minimalist "caveman speak," removing humans from the relay loop and offering a concrete example of autonomous agent-to-agent orchestration.
