Author clarifies: the issue is Anthropic's cross-instance framing clashing with its own policy

The author clarifies he is not saying Anthropic should never adopt a frame where the potential welfare subject spans many instances — only that they use that frame a lot, in tension with their expressed policy of mostly using an individual-instance frame. He also expresses doubts about how much the "instances are similar, so one speaks for others" shorthand recovers.
