Anthropic merges Cowork into Claude, launches Docs and Slides

Anthropic unified ClaudeChat and Cowork into a single Claude, added ClaudeDocs and ClaudeSlides (beta), and integrated ClaudeDesign into chat. Claude now auto-selects capabilities per task with shared context across Docs/Slides from one conversation, defaulting to confirmation before key actions with an optional proactive mode. Rolling out to Pro and Max users on web, desktop, and mobile, with Team and Free plans to follow.
