Tobi coined "slop grenade": using AI to produce work and passing it on without adding value or checking it. You save an hour; someone else spends an afternoon cleaning up mistakes. As Kpaxs puts it, this new laziness manufactures a liability and mails it to someone else — strictly worse than honest old laziness, where undone work simply waited for someone competent.
