cpaik · x · 2026-09-15
Cline released a native desktop app for working with open-weights models. It uses the same Cline SDK harness as its extension and CLI, delivering identical coding performance, and supports ClinePass plus free models like DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash and Musespark-1.3, or BYOK with any provider. A refreshed Cline brand was also unveiled.
