Synthesia CEO: the more human AI feels, the more real human time will be worth

Synthesia cofounder and CEO Victor Riparbelli argues in Every's Thesis Statement series that workplace AI will move beyond the chat box:
- We'll hold meetings with avatars that see us, speak in real time, remember context, and take actions afterward
- Some avatars will look and sound like coworkers: yours could brief the team while you're in another meeting; a sales leader could coach hundreds without scheduling calls
- Human attention is scarce but avatar availability isn't — many meetings scheduled only because there's no alternative will be delegated
- The twist: as AI mimics human interaction, real human time becomes more valuable, not less
