Separately, after a year and thousands of dollars, he open-sourced the core of Viola — a tablet-based home assistant with music, calendar, browser tasks, and real phone-call handling through phone trees, running on a provider of your choice or a local model, with harness, tools and GUI built to be owned and improved by users.
