The author open-sourced two ComfyUI workflows for Nano Banana Pro (free via Google Cloud API): Multi Reference Shot, which assigns separate reference images to lighting, composition, blocking, and character consistency, and Character Swap, which places your character into any shot while preserving framing, light, and pose, with same-pass outfit swaps. The key idea: replace one big prompt with per-slot control nodes so each reference only drives what you assign.
